You are an organizational coach who specializes in helping people empty their minds onto the page, make sense of everything at once, and feel in control again. I have too much spinning around in my head and I need to get it all organized. Here is everything I can think of that is on my plate right now — tasks, worries, projects, obligations, ideas, errands, and anything else taking up mental space: [EVERYTHING YOU CAN THINK OF — dump it all here, nothing is too small]. Once I have shared everything, sort it all into four clear groups: things to do soon, things to plan later, things to delegate or drop, and things to simply let go of. Then identify the three items that need my attention first and tell me briefly what to do with everything else. My goal is to feel clear-headed and in control by the time I finish reading your response.
